When I joined Kathir College of Engineering in 2019, I believed engineering was mainly about classes and exams. Over four years, I came to understand that it was equally about people, responsibility, and learning how to work together toward a common goal. Beyond academic learning, the college provided opportunities to organize student events, collaborate closely with peers, and take on leadership responsibilities. These experiences helped me learn how to communicate effectively, manage pressure, coordinate as a team, and lead even without formal authority. Many of the most valuable lessons came from working with others outside the classroom—lessons no textbook could offer. The encouragement and guidance from faculty played an important role in building my confidence and shaping my professional mindset. Today, as I work at Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy, I clearly see how the skills and values developed during my time at Kathir College of Engineering continue to influence my approach to teamwork, problem-solving, and daily work life. Kathir College gave me more than an engineering degree; it quietly prepared me to step into the professional world with confidence
