Developing Leadership Through Service and Fellowship
The Rotaract Club of Kathir College of Engineering reestablished in the campus in November 2023 is a student-led professional and community service organization functioning under Rotary International. The club provides a platform for students to develop leadership skills, enhance professional competence, and actively contribute to society through structured service initiatives.
With over 25 dedicated team of members addressed as Rotaractors, the young leaders engage in meaningful projects that promote social responsibility, teamwork, and ethical leadership while fostering a spirit of fellowship among members with affiliation to Rotary International and operating in line with its values.
About Rotaract:
Rotaract is a global youth movement initiated by Rotary International in 1968 to empower young adults through leadership development, professional growth, and community service. It provides a platform for individuals to connect with like-minded peers, develop essential life skills, and contribute meaningfully to society.
Rotaract clubs operate in colleges, universities, and communities across the world, working in alignment with Rotary’s core values of service, integrity, diversity, and fellowship. Through local, national, and international initiatives, Rotaract nurtures responsible citizenship and prepares young leaders to create sustainable social impact.
