TNEA Eligibility Criteria
There are various conditions of eligibility for TNEA as announced by the Directorate of Technical Education, Tamil Nadu. State and non-state candidates are eligible provided that they follow the additional conditions explained in the table below.

| Children of people employed in Public sector or Government recognized institutes continuously for past 5 years | Certificate from the employer stating such person (Applicant’s parent) is a permanent employee along with any one of Income Tax return, PF Slips, etc. and 5 year or more work tenure. |
